Baby Ballet - AI Avatar Phase 1

Scope of works

As outlined in a recent review, Baby Ballet intends to engage Burgess Precision Coaching Ltd to conduct testing within a virtual environment. The objective is to evaluate aspects of the proposed solution that would be budgeted for Baby Ballet and to generate a report assessing whether the solution is suitable for its intended purpose character innovation and the creation of valid content for subscription-based promotion to a targeted audience.

Following this, the prototype will facilitate consideration of alternative promotional strategies, including participation in the YouTube Partner Programme and leveraging social media platforms.

The following breakdown details the intended scope of work for Phase 1.

Phase 1:

·       Set up a tenant subscription with Heygen AI.

·       Establish a tenant that includes any third-party plugins needed to access essential features (costs to be charged to Baby Ballet Franchising Ltd).

·       Investigate methods for creating virtual avatars and developing digital assets.

·       Heygen demonstration 1.5 hours

·       Examine compliance and governance requirements for all AI sources accessed via Heygen.

·       Research the available content library and evaluate potential ongoing expenses related to data storage.

·       Prepare a detailed bill of materials covering all platforms necessary for the production, maintenance, and promotion of AI Avatars.

·       Initiate a platform trial and create a virtual asset using information supplied by Baby Ballet Franchising Ltd (e.g., PDF, images, voice recordings, or other content).

·       Aim to develop a trial avatar and present it to Baby Ballet on Friday, 27th February at 1:00 pm.

·       Provide documentation to support Phase 1
